Teach your kids how to "Be a Buddy, Not a Bully" with Captain McFinn & Friends

October is Anti-Bullying Month.

My little one is still a toddler, but this theme is already something I've had to deal with on the playground and at our community pool, if you can believe it.

It starts young, bigger kids picking on the smaller ones. Heck, I've even witnessed smaller kids that just have a "bigger personality" that end up doing a bit of bullying on the playground.
The Legend of Captain McFinn & Friends Book

Captain McFinn and Friends is a great educational book series that was written to encourage friendly play and kindness in children between the ages of 4-8.

In my opinion, these materials can be introduced even earlier, as my daughter is just shy of 2 years old and already is beginning to understand about kindness and likes to be rewarded for "good behavior."

These products are perfect for the classroom, as there are activity books, a sing-a-long CD, sticker charts puppets and more interactive learning tools to help students understand the importance of not being a bully.
