One more chance at...........sleep.
For both of us.
Summer Infant was generous to send me a few samples of their newest #SwaddleMe waddle blankets to try out on my newbie.
Keep Reading to find out how to WIN a Prize Package with all 4 Summer Infant Swaddles!
Let me introduce you to the 4 stages of swaddle from Summer Infant:
®
Stage 1 - SwaddlePod®
5-10lbs
It seriously couldn't be any easier. I promise I saw a change in my newborn's ability to sleep when I introduced this SwaddlePod. I've tried them all, and THIS one is the easiest.
How does it work?
Step 1. ZIP!
That's it.
Stage 2 - SwaddleMe®
7-14bs
For some reason I didn't use this one all that long, maybe she grew too long too quick.
My kids are some kind of beasts.
Oh, but doesn't she look cozy?
Stage 3 - SwaddleMe® WrapSack™
14-20lbs
I don't know how I don't have a photo of my daughter in this sweet "Sunny Bee" WrapSack.
Why?
Well because she spent like every night in this little getup, until the seams started to rip from washing it daily for months on end.
I found this swaddle to be extremely effective in helping my baby sleep hours through the night.
*Note: My husband found it slightly confusing to "install" on our little peanut- but a simple read through the directions that came with it, and he became a pro.

Stage 4 - ComfortMe®
18-24 lbs
ComfortMe®
I've never seen a transitional swaddle quite like this, it offers the comfort and security of a swaddle, but without the actual containment.
I started using this one when my daughter began flipping over consistently. Which of course at this time I no longer felt comfortable having her arms swaddled down.
Again, I should have a photo of my daughter in this one, because she used it quite alot but for some reason I will have to rely on the company for a photo.
At 6 months, my "Bookend" is no longer in a traditional swaddle, and is sleeping soundly (disclaimer: as soundly as my infants do...) without her arms swaddled traditionally.
At the end of the day, can I be honest?
So far, at 6 months, my "bookend" is sleeping better than any of her sisters did.
Did Summer Infant's 4 Stages of Swaddle have anything to do with it, or is she just an "angel baby"?
You decide.
