We just finshed dinner, and are getting the kids ready for bed.
and in case you were wondering what was on the menu - we tried to keep it simple since it was only our family this year:
Thanksgiving Menu 2013
- Buttermilk Brined Oven Roasted Turkey w/ Herbed Butter
- Bon Appetit's Classic Dressing (I added 1/2 Pumpernickel bread)
- Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Scented Sweet Potatoes
.........and it was....................YUM!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, filled with family, friends, food (duh!) and making new memories to hold close to your heart all year long!
